Seaside Beach, north of Fort Bragg, meets Highway 1 at a graceful curve in the road. The beach can be very long in low tide, extending far south. It's a great place to walk right up to some of the sea stacks that are normally covered at high tide.
This B&W photo was taken with a 590nm infrared converted Nikon camera which is what gives the image its dramatic darkness and lighting.
