Shipping policy

All photographic/artworks shipped by MCPGG are insured against damage or loss, up to the retail value of the work, including the frame, if any.

UPON RECEIPT OF A DAMAGED PACKAGE  [Any Claim of Shipping Damage must be received by MCPGG, in writing, within 10 days of putative receipt by customer, to be considered for return or reimbursement.] It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all packages upon receipt for damage due to shipping and to bring this to the attention of the delivery person, if possible at the time of delivery. If you receive a package that is damaged, before opening the package, please immediately document the damaged condition of the package with photographs of the damaged areas. Open the package and inspect the contents. If the contents of the package are undamaged, no further action is necessary. If the internal packaging also shows damage, please document that as above, and go on to inspect the photograph, frame, etc. In the event that the photograph or frame, matting, or associated materials have been damaged by the previously observed shipping damage, please document this condition(s) as above, and send us an email with your photographs, a verbal description of the damage, your telephone number, the date of purchase and a copy of the online or in-person receipt. MCPGG will review this information and determine the best course of action, we will provide a written response, and delivery and shipping instructions if needed. MCPGG's response which shall be limited to: (1) Replacement of the damaged item, without the necessity for the return of the damaged one, (2) Replacement of the damaged item, after receipt of the return of the damaged item within 45 days of initial shipment, shipping to be provided by customer. (3) Reimbursement of item cost upon receipt of the return of the damaged item within 45 days of initial shipment, shipping to be provided by customer.

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM, NOT DAMAGED BY IMPROPER SHIPPING  [Any Claim of Non-Shipping Related Damage to the photographic/artwork, frame, matting, or associated materials must be received in writing by MCPGG within 30 days of putative receipt by customer to be considered for return or reimbursement.] If the internal packaging DOES NOT display damage, but you find that the actual photograph/artwork, frame or associated materials that are part of the item are damaged, and this damage is not demonstrably de minimis, please document such damage with photographs and a verbal description of both the entire items condition and the portions of which you believe to be damaged, the photographic/artwork, frame, etc. In the event that the photographic/artwork or frame, matting, or associated materials have been damaged by the previously observed shipping damage, please document this condition(s) as above, and send us an email with your photographs, a verbal description of the damage, your telephone number, the date of purchase and a copy of the online or in-person receipt. MCPGG will review this information and determine the best course of action, we will provide a written response, and delivery and shipping instructions if needed. MCPGG's response shall be limited to: (1) Replacement of the damaged item, without the necessity for the return of the damaged one, (2) Replacement of the damaged item, after receipt of the return of the damaged item within 45 days of initial shipment, shipping to be provided by customer. (3) Reimbursement of item cost upon receipt of the return of the damaged item within 45 days of initial shipment, shipping to be provided by customer, (4) Denial of all claims based on failure to any comply to fully comply with the stated requirements or directives or limitiations expresed in any of the policies of this MCPGG as expressed and document on this website, or other governmental, national or international laws or restrictions, or if we suspect fraud, or an attempt to commit any other illegal actions.
