Ocean swells at lazy day's end, remind me of rocking in your arms.
Location
Route 1, North of Westport, California.
Just before coastal Route 1 turns inland, north of Westport, CA, the road passes high above the Pacific Ocean's swells and waves, and past an unnamed group of sea stacks which today are swaddled in a warm sunset haze and kissed by a gentle roll and break that can be seen, but is just too far off to be heard. The same waves would have rolled up the beach far below, but the tide was in and instead they made a hollow and distant slap as they hit the headlands.
